Angel Investment
We work with HNWI's to purchase our developments and in return they receive a monthly interest of 1% per month.

They have the first legal charge as security when purchasing the property.

Once the property is sold the investor will also have a small share of the profits.

The way we structure each project will be based on our investors requirements.

Joint Ventures
We work with Joint Venture partners who provide the necessary funds for our developments and in return they receive 50% of the profits once the development is complete.
Development Consulting
We work with contractors as consultants and offer the following services in return for a small profit share of the project when completed:

Finding sites and running advanced appraisals to see if they are profitable

Raising finance for the development using our network of private investors and family offices
